Bone strengthening

To halt osteoporosis, taking calcium and drinking milk isn’t the solution but keeping the right pH balance in the body is.
FOR decades we have been told by our parents, teachers, and health professionals alike to drink milk and consume highcalcium foods to build stronger bones.
However, the bulk of the estimated 1,200 published research evidence from medicalrelated journals say this isn’t true. Indeed, countries that
consume the highest amount of milk products suffer the worst incidence of osteoporosis and hip fractures, according to statistics published in the Journal of Gerontology, 2000.
